水稻温敏核不育系育性转换因素及生理生化特性

摘    要:综述了对水稻温敏核不育系育性转换特性及其生理生化特性的相关研究成果:光温条件、生长发育阶段、遗传背景是水稻光温敏不育系育性转换的内外因素,脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量及相关酶活性变化是育性转换的主要生理生化特性表现。水稻实用型温敏核不育系不仅要求育性转换临界温度较低,同时要求具有适宜繁殖的可育温度范围,选育育性转换临界温度和生理不育温度均较低,即"双低"不育系,是降低两系杂交水稻制种和不育系繁殖风险的保障。

Abstract:This paper mainly reviews on researches of the fertility alteration and the physiological and biochemical character- istics of TGMS rice: light and temperature, growth stages, the genetic background are factors causing rice fertility conversion, while proline content and soluble protein content and related enzyme activity change are the main physiological and biochemi- cal characteristic. Practical rice TGMS lines requires suitable breeding temperature range as well as lower fertility critical temperature, so breeding TGMS rice with lower fertility critical temperature and physiological sterility temperature, namely " double low" sterile lines,is the safeguard to reduce the risk of two - line hybrid rice seed production and breeding.
