抗旱性晚稻品种筛选研究

摘    要:选取湖南省当前生产上种植面积较大的8个水稻品种,采用盆栽土培搭配人工遮雨棚进行干旱胁迫试验,通过考察各品种在不同水分环境下分蘖盛期和孕穗期的叶片叶绿素相对含量、游离脯氨酸含量及各主要农艺性状,比较了各品种的抗旱性。结果表明湘丰优9号、岳优9113、岳优6135抗旱性较强,可以进一步进行大田试验,以确定其实际抗旱性能。

Abstract:A drought stress experiment was conducted by pot culture with artificial rain shelter with 8 rice varieties as ma- terials which applied in large area in Hunan province. The drought resistance of 8 varieties was compared by examining relative content of chlorophyll, free proline content and main agronomic traits under different water conditions at active till-ering stage and booting stage. The results showed that drought resistance of Xiangfengyou No. 9, Yueyou 9113 and Yueyou 6135 was stronger. In order to determine the actual drought resistance of above 3 varieties, the field experiment would be conducted.
