茶叶中硒积累的研究进展

摘    要:硒是人体和动物所必需的一种微量元素。茶叶作为一种优质的硒来源,对人体硒的摄入有着重要意义。本文主要从硒的重要性,土壤中硒的含量、形态和分布,茶叶中硒的含量以及影响茶叶硒积累的因素等4个方面进行了总结。此外还对富硒茶今后的研究方向进行了展望,以期为开发富硒茶提供参考依据。

Abstract:Selenium is an essential trace element for human body and animal. Tea, as a kind of high-quality selenium source, was great significant to the intake of selenium in human body. The four aspects were summarized in the paper such as the importance of selenium, the content, morphology and distribution of selenium in soil, the selenium content in tea and the effect of selenium accumulation in tea. In addition, the future research directions of Se enriched tea were forecasted in the paper so as to provide references for the development of Se enriched tea.
