Influences of Different Disinfectants Treatment on Seed Germination and Growth of Atractylodes chinensis |

| Abstract: | Objective]Effects of different disinfectants on seed germination and growth characteristics of Atractylodes chinensis were carried out in order to solve the problems of low seedling emergence rate,large seed dosage and high production cost.Method]The effects of four concentrations of C2H6O,NaClO and CuSO4 on the germination and growth of Atractylodes chinensis seeds collected from the medicinal plant preservation nursery of Liaoning Research Institute of Cash Crops were studied with distilled water treatment as the control.Result]The results showed that 2% C2H6O and 2%-5% NaClO could increase the germination rate,germination potential and emergence rate of atractylodes atractylodes seeds,significantly improve the seed vigor index,improve the seedling quality and reduce the occurrence of seedling diseases.Conclusion]This experiment could provide references for the production of Atractylodes chinensis. |
