不同施肥处理下大豆品种辽豆15根系性状的比较

摘    要:以大豆品种辽豆15作为试材,设置不施肥、复合肥和复合益生菌3个处理,比较不同施肥条件下大豆根系形态、根瘤数量、根瘤干重和根冠比的差异,结果表明,在大豆分枝期、开花期或鼓粒期,与不施肥相比,施用复合肥条件降低了辽豆15的根长、根系表面积、根毛数量、根瘤数量、根瘤干重和根冠比;施用复合益生菌则提高了辽豆15的根长、根系表面积、根毛数量、根瘤数量和根瘤干重。复合益生菌能够促进根系生长和根瘤固氮效率,实现增产效果。

Comparison of Root Trait of Soybean Liaodou 15 Under Different Fertilizer Conditions

Abstract:The purpose was to compare the root morphology,nodule number,root nodule dry weight and root/shoot ratio of soybean Liaodou 15 under different fertilizer conditions Three treatments including no fertilization,compound fertilizer and carbon composite probiotics were used in this study.Results showed that the root length,root surface area,number of root hairs,number of root nodules,dry weight of root nodules and root/shoot ratio of Liaodou 15 were decreased by applying compound fertilizer in the branching,flowering or seedfilling stage,as compared to no fertilization.However,the root length,root surface area,root hair number,root nodules number and root nodules dry weight of Liaodou 15 were increased by the application of carbon composite probiotics.These suggested that carbon composite probiotics could promote root growth and nitrogen fixation efficiency of root nodules,thus achieving the effect of increasing yield.
