摘    要:多倍体(polyploid)是高等植物染色进化的显著特征。高等植物中多倍体占65%以上,多倍体表现的营养体增大,营养成分增加等特征是人工诱导多倍体育种的目的所在。利用多倍体为遗传桥梁,进行有目的的遗传渐渗(geneticintrogression)和基因转移已取得巨大成功。关于多倍体基因表达的许多研究依赖于同工酶分析,DNA水平上的研究没有广泛开展。新兴的RT-PCR技术由于需要了解基因的DNA序

Abstract:Polyploid is outstanding characteristics of chromosome evolution of higher plants.More than 65% of higher plants are polyploids. The goal of polyploid breeding is increased nutrition body and component.Genetic introgression and gene transfer were succeeded by using polyploid as genetic bridge.Many studies on gene expression of polyploid depend on isozyme analysis,RTPCR wasnt been put to use widely because it needs to know DNA sequences of genes.The method of combining RTPCR with RFLPs is handy and effective,and can engage many studies on gene expression.
