24％螺螨酯水悬浮剂的配方研究

【目的】为了取得24％螺螨酯水悬浮剂的最佳配方。【方法】采用湿式超微粉碎加工工艺，对该制剂中润湿分散齐4、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂等进行筛选实验。【结果】24％螺螨酯悬浮剂配方中选用3％SP-2700。1％SP—SC29，1％硅酸镁铝，0．15％黄原胶，3％乙二醇，0．5％消泡剂时效果最佳。在热贮和冷贮条件下下，螺螨酯悬浮剂中螺螨酯的含量、悬浮率、流动性、分散性等各项性能较稳定。【结论】按该配方配制的24％螺螨酯悬浮剂，生产工艺简单易行，性能稳定，质量可靠，可批量生产。

Study on the Formulation Preparation of 24% Spirodiclofen

Objeetive] The aim of the study was to achieve the best formula of 24% Spirodiclofen Suspension Concentrate. lMethodl The method of wet milling was used and the receipt with main adjuvant such as wetting-dispersing agents, thickening agents, anti-freeze agents and antifoaming agents was optimized. Resultsl The 24% Spirodiclofen Suspension Concentrate best formula was to use 3%SP- 2700, 1%SP-SC29. 1% of magnesium aluminosilicate, 0.15% xanthan gum, 3% ethylene glycol, 0.5% antifoaming agent. In the heat storage and cold storage conditions, the Spirodiclofen Suspension Concentrate in the content, suspension rate, mobility, dispersion and other performance was stable. Conclusion] The 24% Spirodiclofen Suspension Concentrate, which prepared by the best formula, production process simple, performance stable and quality reliable, could be mass production.
