紫云英种子休眠破除方法的研究

【目的】确定有效破除紫云英种子休眠的方法。方法]采用机械破除、酸蚀和开水烫种方法处理紫云英种子，研究不同处理方法对紫云英种子发芽势和发芽率的影响。【结果]砂纸打磨处理的种子发芽势和发芽率最高，分别为75％和94％；采用36％浓度的盐酸处理9min，种子发芽势和发芽率分别为25％和52％；29％浓度的双氧水浸种和开水烫种处理的种子发芽率与对照差异不显著，破除效果均不明显。结论]采用机械摩擦法破除紫云英种子休眠效果最好．

Study on Breaking Dormancy in Astragalus sinicus L. Seed

Objective] The aim was to make sure the dormancy breaking method of Astragalus sinicus L. seed. Method] The influences of different treatments including mechanical damage, etching and boiled water on the germination energy and germination rate of Astragalus sinieus L. seed were studied. Result] The germination energy and germination rate of treatment with sand papering were the highest, 75% and 94%. The germination energy and germination rate of treatment with 36% hydroehloride for nine minutes were 25% and 52%. There were no obvious differences on the germination energy and germination rate among seed soaking with 29% hydrogen peroxide, boiled water and the control. Conclusion] The best method to break dormancy of Astragalus sinicus L. seed was mechanical damage.
