化杀剂青鲜素对苦荞麦主要生物学性状的影响

摘    要:苦荞植株现蕾前约3 d,每间隔2 d,利用浓度为0.15%的化学杀雄剂青鲜素处理一次,成熟时对其主要生物学性状进行测定。结果表明,青鲜素对苦荞麦各品种处理后,株高、分枝数和叶片重与对照在1%显著水平上有极显著差异;在1%显著水平上,对西荞2号、镇巴苦荞和选荞1号叶片数的影响与对照有极显著差异,在5%显著水平上对西荞1号叶片数的影响与对照有显著差异;在5%显著水平上,对根重的影响,西荞2号和选荞1号与对照有显著差异,镇巴苦荞和西荞1号与对照没有差异;在1%显著水平上,对茎秆重的影响,西荞2号、镇巴苦荞和西荞1号与对照有极显著差异,选荞1号与对照在5%显著水平上有显著差异。处理组同一朵小花内苦荞麦的花粉粒干瘪率达90%,杀雄效果较好。

Abstract:Used chemical hybridization agents meleic hydrazide of 0.15%concentrations to spray interval two days,three days before squaring of buck cheat plants,test main biological characters in metrue time.The result showed that over CK,there were very significant differences at level of significance 1% in plant height,branch number and leaf weight of nuck wheat after treatment by maleic hydrazide;Over CK,there were very significant differences in Leaf number of 'Xiqiao No.2','Zhen ba'buck wheat,'Xiqiao No.1'at level of significance1%;Over CK,there wre significant differences in Leaf number of'Xiqiao No.1'at level of significance 5%;Over CK,there were significant differences in root weight of'Xiqiao No.2'and'Xuanqiao No.1'and there were no difference of'Zhen ba'buck wheat and 'Xiqiao No.1'at level of significance5%;Over CK,there were very significant differences in Stem weight of'Xiqiao No.2''Zhen ba'buck wheat and'Xiqiao No.1'at level of significance5%.Pollen grain shriveled rate at 90% of duck wheat in the same little flower at treatment group.It have good induce male-sterility result.
