高粱主干恢复系主要农艺经济性状配合力分析

以5个不育系和7个恢复系（1383-2为对照）为材料,采用p×q不完全双列杂交（NCⅡ）对7个主要农艺经济性状进行了配合力分析和遗传力估算。结果表明,所有恢复系中,只有晋恢4在7个性状上的一般配合力都表现出正向效应,尤其在穗重、千粒重和产量等性状上表现出较好的一般配合力,所配TX623A/晋恢1、SX44A/晋恢3、HNA/晋恢6和V4A/晋恢7组合表现出较高的特殊配合力。晋恢3在千粒重、穗粒重和产量性状上,晋恢2在穗重、穗粒重和产量性状上表现出较高的一般配合力,这3个恢复系所配组合TX623A/晋恢4、SX44A/晋恢4、SX44A/晋恢3、TX623A/晋恢2和TX7501A/晋恢2在产量性状上表现出较高的特殊配合力。这7个性状的遗传是由加性和非加性效应共同控制,主要以非加性效应为主。

Analysis on the Combining Ability of Main Agronomic and Economic Traits for Restorer Lines Derived from Sorghum

five sterile lines and 7 restoring lines selected from induced mutants were used to analyze the combining ability and heritability of 7 agronomic and economic characters with a p ×q incomplete diallele cross（NCⅡ） design.The results were as follows： Among all the restorer lines tested,only Jinhui No.4 showed positive effect on the seven traits,especially for the general combing ability（GCA） inpro-ductive panicle number,weight per panicle,weight per 1 000 seeds,and grain yield,and the hybrid combinations derived from Hanghui No.7,such as TX623A/ Jinhui No.1、SX44A/ Jinhui No.3、HNA/ Jinhui No.6和V4A/ Jinhui No.7 exhibited significant specific combing ability（SCA）.General combing ability of Jinhui No.3 in weight per 1 000 seeds 、grain weight per plant and grain yield were significant,and the gca of JinhuiNo.2 in weight per panicle 、grain weight per plant and grain yield were significant too.The hybrid combinations TX623A/ JinhuiNo.4、SX44A/ JinhuiNo.4、SX44A/ JinhuiNo.3、TX623A/ JinhuiNo.2和TX7501A/ JinhuiNo.2,showed high sca in grain yield.The results indicated that the seven agronomic and economic traits were controlled by both additive and non-additive effects,and the non-additive effects were the principal one.
