不同品种亚麻籽脂肪酸含量的GC—MS分析

摘    要:对35份不同品种的亚麻籽,用无水乙醚提取亚麻籽油,经皂化、甲酯化处理,采用气相色谱一质谱(GC—MS)联用技术对其脂肪酸含量进行测定。结果表明,亚麻籽油中的平均脂肪酸含量顺序为亚麻酸(41.62%)〉油酸(25.87%)〉亚油酸(17.18%)〉硬脂酸(6.59%)〉棕榈酸(6.46%),不饱和脂肪酸含量高达85%。

Analysis of Fatty Acids of Flaxseed with GC - MS

Abstract:Flaxseed oil from 35 different flax varieties was extracted with anhydrous aether. The ex- tracted flaxseed oil was then saponified and esterfied. The composition of fatty acids in flaxseed oil was analyzed by GC -MS. The average content of fatty acids from high to low ranked as linolenic (41.62%), oleic acid (25.87%), linoleic ( 17. 18% ), stearie acid (6. 59% ), and palmitie acid (6. 46% ) . The total content of unsaturated fatty acids was up to 85%.
