亚麻粗纱煮漂工艺的研究进展及发展趋势

亚麻煮漂工艺是亚麻纺纱中的一道重要工序,大量研究对该工艺作了改进。本文综述了人们在粗纱煮漂的漂前预处理、新型煮练剂或助剂、新型氧漂助剂、新型漂白剂、生物脱胶、提高纱支、提高亚麻纤维的柔软度等方面的研究,并对亚麻粗纱煮漂工艺的发展方向进行了展望,以期对以后的亚麻煮漂工艺的改进和完善提供参考。

Research Progress and Prospect of Boiling-bleaching Technology of Linen Rove

The boiling-bleaching technology is an important process of the flax spinning,and many researches have done to improve it.On one hand,this paper summarizes these researches which include pretreatment before bleaching,the new type boiling auxiliary agent or additive ingredient,the new kind of bleaching agent,the new agent of hydrogen peroxide solution bleaching,bacterial degumming method,increasing yarn count,improving the prickle sensation of flax fiber and so on;on the other hand,this paper also predicts the prospect of the boiling-bleaching technology of flax.All above will be helpful to the future improvement and perfection of boiling-bleaching technology of flax.
