摘    要:为摸清湖北十堰麦区小麦条锈菌越夏和冬季繁殖特点,阻断其传播通道,保证小麦稳产丰产,通过收集整理历史资料、实地普查、定点系统监测、人工接种模拟等试验,初步研究了十堰麦区小麦条锈病的流行规律。结果表明,该地区小麦条锈病主要分布在汉江及其众多支流河域麦区,条锈菌不能在湖北十堰越夏,但可以越冬,冬季繁殖速度较慢,潜伏期一般在35~95 d。

Abstract:To clarify the characteristics of Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici (PST) over-summering and winter-propagation in Shiyan,Hubei province so that to ensure stable and high yield by blocking this disease in Shiyan. Collecting and organizing the historic data,a large scale of field survey,sentinel surveillance and simulation experiment through artificial inoculation had been conducted to study the epidemic pattern of PST in Shiyan. The results revealed that wheat stripe rust distributed in the Hanjiang River,its branch river and extend area. PST can overwinter and productive slowly in winter,but not oversummer. The latent period of stripe rust in this area was generally between 35 and 95 days.
