K、V型小麦雄性不育恢复系轮回选择的研究I.轮选群体的育性分离及性状表现

摘    要:利用太谷核不育小麦组建成K(Ae.kotschyi)、V(Ae.ventricosa)型小麦恢复系表型轮回选择群体,对C0~C3不同轮选世代的育性及其农艺性状进行了分析研究。结果表明,K、V型小麦雄性不育恢复基因对大谷核不育小麦的育性没有影响,符合可育:不育=1:1的分离比例。经过3次轮回选择,小麦株高、穗粒数、百粒重和单株产量具有一定的选择效果,其中株高比对照降低3.3cm,穗粒数增加2.7粒,效果更明显。

Abstract:Recurrent selection population of K(Ae. kotschyi)、V(Ae. ventricosa)— restorer was established by using the dominant male-sterile gene Ta1,and performance of the fertility and its characters was studied in C0~C3 different recurrent selection generation. The results indicated that restoring gene of male sterility with K、V cytoplasm had no effect on the fertility of Taigu male sterile wheat,the segregation ratio of sterile plants and fertile plants are 1∶1 ratio. There was certain selection effect for plant height,number of kernels per spike,100-grain weight and grain yield per plant after three cycles of selection. The plant height of them was 3.3 cm shorter than that of the check. The numbers of kernels per spike were 2.7 grains more than that of the check. And the effect was more clear.
