89份西藏小麦戊聚糖含量和SDS沉淀值的分析

为给小麦品种选育提供依据,采用间苯三酚分光光度法测定了89份西藏小麦的戊聚糖含量及SDS沉淀值.结果表明,不同品种间戊聚糖含量差异显著,平均含量变化范围为3.10%～8.95%;SDS沉淀值偏低,平均值仅为26.0 mL;地方品种的戊聚糖含量更趋于正态分布.戊聚糖含量和SDS沉淀值相关不显著.89份材料中,戊聚糖含量较高的小麦品种藏冬4号、柳条春、洛隆小麦,以及戊聚糖含量较低的品种藏冬23号,可作为高、低戊聚糖小麦育种的优良种质资源.

Assay of Pentosan Content and SDS-sedimentation Value in Tibetan Wheat

Pentosan plays important roles in determining wheat quality.In the present study,pentosan content of Tibetan wheat variety was measured by Phloroglucinal Spectrophotometric Method as well as the SDS-sedimentation value.The results suggest that wheat from Tibet have a wide range of pentosan content,but a little lower SDS-sedimentation value.The average pentosan content among varieties varied from 3.10% to 8.95%.Significant differences of pentosan content were found in different varieties.The pentosan content has no liner relationship SDS-sedimentation value.Several Tibetan wheat with high pentosan content,such as Zangdong 4,Liutiaochun,and Luolongxiaomai,as well as Zangdong23 which with low pentosan content could be used as good germplasm in high or low pentosan content wheat breeding program.
