CIMMYT小麦种质农艺及品质性状分析

摘    要:为给黄淮南片冬麦区小麦育种提供种质信息,将1 328份CIMMYT国际面包小麦观察圃(IBWSN)的种质于2011-2015年度种植于黄淮南片冬麦区的新乡,调查了42nd ~46th国际面包小麦观察圃种质的主要农艺性状和抗病性,分析了45th国际面包小麦观察圃种质的品质表现及优质亚基基因状况。结果表明,CIMMYT国际面包小麦观察圃种质均表现为春性,综合农艺性状差;株高不低于80 cm,大多数(84.6%)在90~110 cm之间;千粒重高于45.0 g和50.0 g的比例分别为28.4%和10.0%。CIMMYT国际面包小麦观察圃种质的花期与黄淮南片冬麦区品种一致,多数小麦种质白粉病发生比较轻。45th国际面包小麦观察圃种质的湿面筋含量为23.6%~41.6%,其中,13.2%的小麦种质湿面筋含量大于35.0%,40.8%的小麦种质湿面筋指数不低于80.0%;49.7%的小麦种质携带Dx5+Dy10基因,3.0%的小麦种质携带Bx7OE 基因;有 10个小麦种质含有优质5+10亚基及7超量表达亚基,可作为优质亲本改良黄淮南片冬麦区高产品种。

Analysis on Agronomic and Quality Characteristics of CIMMYT Wheat Germplasm
Abstract:To provide useful information for wheat breeding in the south of Huang-Huai winter wheat region,1 328 CIMMYT IBWSN wheat germplasm were planted in Xinxiang during 2011 to 2015, and main agronomic traits and disease resistance of the 42nd to 46thIBWSN wheat germplasm were investigated, and protein parameters and high quality subunit gene of the 45thwheat germplasm were analyzed. The result showed that, all the CIMMYT IBWSN wheat germplasm performed spring habit and poor integrated agronomic traits; the plant height of 84.6% wheat germplasm was in a range of 90 to 110 cm, and there was no material less than 80 cm in height; the thousand kernel weight of 28.4% and 10.0% wheat germplasm was more than 45.0 g and 50.0 g, respectively. The flowering period of CIMMYT IBWSN wheat germplasm was consistent with the wheat germplasm in the south of Huang-Huai winter wheat region, and most wheat germplasm appeared light powdery mildew. The 45thIBWSN wheat germplasm showed the wet gluten content with a range of 23.6 to 41.6%, 13.2% of which showed the wet gluten content higher than 35.0%, and 40.8% of which showed the wet gluten index no less than 80.0%; 49.7% of the tested germplasm carried Dx5+Dy10 genes and 3.0% carried Bx7OE gene. Ten wheat germplasm containing high quality 5+10 subunits and 7OE subunit were selected, which can be used as excellent crossing parents to improve wheat quality for high yield varieties in Huang-Huai winter wheat region.
