小冰麦33苗期抗叶锈性鉴定及其抗性基因推导

摘    要:为明确小冰麦33在抗叶锈病方面的应用前景,选用了来自全国21个地区不同年份的214株叶锈菌株对小冰麦33进行苗期抗叶锈性鉴定。结果表明,在214株菌株中,只有云南与贵州两地区各出现了一个使其产生高侵染型的菌株,说明小冰麦33对我国小麦叶锈菌具有较强的苗期抗病性,可在我国大部分麦区使用。试验选用19个具有较好鉴别能力的小麦叶锈菌株和49个已知的抗叶锈单基因品系对其进行了抗叶锈基因推导,推导出小冰麦33中可能含有Lr2a、Lr3a、Lr23、Lr44及未知抗叶锈基因。

Abstract:Xiaobingmai 33 was a germplasm of bread wheat and had been grown in many provinces. The resistance of Xiaobingmai 33 to wheat leaf rust was evaluted by inoculation of 214 races of Puccinia triticina collected from different areas. The results indicated that only two races of Puccinia triticina were high virulence to Xiaobingmai 33, and one race was from Yunnan, the other race was from Guizhou. The results indicated that the Xiaobingmai 33 was highly resistant to most races of Puccinia triticina from China, could be used widely in China. Genes for resistance to leaf rust of Xiaobingmai 33 were detected using Near Isogenic Lines of different resistant genes and Xiaobingmai 33 and 19 races of Puccinia triticina previously characterized for detecting avirulence or virulence gene combination. Among the 49 Lr resistant genes studied, Lr2a, Lr3a, Lr23, Lr44 and one unknown resistance gene have been postulated to be present in Xiaobingmai 33.
