陕西省小麦种质资源研究现状及开发利用对策

陕西省小麦种质资源库现保存有种质资源8625份。本文通过对我省种质资源研究现状和存在问题进行分析,提出未来我省小麦种质资源的收集、保存、研究和开发利用重点,包括积极抢救小麦种质资源、建立和完善种质资源保存体系、重视种质资源鉴定评价、加强种质创新和新型资源开发研究及计算机信息管理网络建设等。

Research Status and Countermeasure for Exploitation of Wheat Germplasm in Shaanxi Province

There were 8 625 materials of wheat germplasm in Shaanxi province. The morphological character, agronomic character and resistance to diseases of wheat germplasm by 90 percent had been studied. According to the research status and questions of wheat germplasm used in local cultivars, foreign interduced varieties, new-bred varieties, rare variety and ohter materials for genetic research, it was advanced that the future emphases at studies and exploitation of wheat germplasm in Shaanxi. It could actively save wheat germplasm, establish and perfect conservation system of germplasm, attach importance to judge the germplasm, strengthen germplasm innovation and study new germplasm, as well as construct computer manage in network and others.
