摘    要:为明确垄作栽培对小麦生理特性和产量的影响,以豫麦50(弱筋)、郑麦975(中筋)和藁麦8901(强筋)3个小麦品种为材料,分析了2种栽培方式(平作、垄作)下小麦生理特性和产量的差异。结果表明,垄作小麦灌浆后期旗叶生理活性高于平作。藁麦8901和豫麦50及郑麦975在灌浆后期旗叶SPAD值均是垄作高于平作,同时垄作栽培也有助于增强旗叶游离氨基酸含量和NR(硝酸还原酶)的活性,提高旗叶氮素同化能力,促进生育后期旗叶氮素向籽粒的再运转。垄作栽培小麦产量较传统平作有显著提高,增产幅度达9.26%~14.52%。垄作栽培主要通过增加小麦穗粒数或单位面积穗数来提高小麦产量,而对千粒重无显著影响。

Abstract:In order to understand the effect of bed planting on the physiological characteristics and yield of different gluten strength of wheat, three varieties including Yumai 50(weak gluten), Zhengmai 975 (medium gluten), Gaomai 8901(strong gluten) were used as materials and two planting patterns of flat planting and bed planting were set. The results showed that the physiological characteristics of wheat flag leaf of bed planting was increased more than that of flat planting. The SPAD values of Gaomai 8901 and Yumai 50 and Zhengmai 975 of bed planting was higher than that of flat planting during the filling stage, the content of amino acids and the activity of NR of bed planting was stronger than that of flat planting and the capacity of nitrogen assimilation of bed planting could be increased at late growth stage, The transportation of nitrogen from leaf to grain was promoted. The yield of bed planting significantly increased than that of flat planting, the increased ratio was 9.26%~14.52%. The yield of bed planting was increased through increasing grains per panicle or unit area of spikes of different Spike, while no significant impact on grain weight.
