追氮时期对冬小麦籽粒品质和产量的影响

摘    要:采用水泥池栽和大田栽培两种种植方式 ,研究了追氮时期对冬小麦品质和产量的影响。结果表明 ,与起身期施氮肥相比较 ,拔节期和挑旗期追施氮肥 ,促进了籽粒各蛋白质组分和蛋白质总量的提高 ,增加了谷蛋白大聚合体的含量 ;提高了籽粒容重、出粉率和面粉的湿面筋含量及沉淀值 ;延长了面团稳定时间 ,同时籽粒产量亦显著增加

Abstract:The effects of nitrogen topdressing stage on grain quality and yield of winter wheat cultivars Lumai 22 and Yannong 15 were studied by combination of trough culture at experiment farm of Shandong Agricultural university and field culture at Yannan village Wenkou town Taian city from 1998 to 1999. The results showed that the contents of grain protein and protein components, and of GMP were improved when the nitrogen applying time was postponed from getting up stage to jointing or flagging stage. As a result, the wet gluten content, the zeleny sedimentation volume, and the dough stability time were increased . At the same time, the grain test weight, the flour extraction, and grain yield were also improved significantly.
