摘    要:试验比较了在工厂化育苗条件下提高CO2浓度对于茶苗光合作用、水分利用效率和生物量积累等的影响。结果表明,CO2浓度加倍之后,三个品种茶苗的光合能力、水分利用效率和胞间CO2浓度都有显著增加,特别是光合速率分别提高了71.4%、96.2%和88.2%,并在本试验条件下主要通过根生物量的增加,促进了茶苗的生长,提高了繁育速度。

Abstract:The effect of elevated CO2 on photosynthetic rate, water use efficiency and growth of tea seedlings in greenhouse was studied. The result showed the photosynthesis, water use efficiency and biomass accumulation were all increased remarkably when CO2 level was doubled. Especially, the photosynthetic rates of three tested cultivars were 71.4%, 96.2% and 88.2% higher than those under normal CO2 condition respectively. And in our experiment, elevated CO2 condition promoted the growth of seedling mainly through enhancing the accumulation of root biomass.
