茶树鲜叶含硒量影响因素分析

摘    要:对福建三茶区茶树鲜叶含硒量的影响因素研究结果表明,不同类型土壤中的有效态硒含量是影响茶叶含硒量的主要因素,两者间呈显著正相关,同一品种在不同土壤上种植,由于土壤中的有效态硒含量不同,茶树鲜叶含硒量竟相差11倍(黄品种)和18倍(水仙品种);其次是茶树品种间的差异,在同一立地条件下,不同茶树品种的鲜叶含硒量高低相差近4倍;第三是季节间的差异,茶树鲜叶含硒量表现为头、四茶显著高于二、三茶,高低相差为2倍左右。茶叶加工过程对茶叶含硒量没有影响。

Abstract:According to the investigations carriedout in the eastern,soutbern and northem tea production areas of Fujian Province,the available Se content in the soil,the cultivar and the season were consideredthe most keyfactors influencing Se content in tea fresh leaves.The Se content in fresh leaves was positively correlated withthe available Se content in the soil(r=0.940)and the difference among the Se contents of the leaves sam-pled from the soils with different available Se contents reached as high as 11-18 times.The difference amongthe Se contnets of the leaves sampled from different cultivars under the same soil condition reached as high as 4 times.Fresh leaves of the first and the fourth flushes contained much more Se than those of the second andthe third flushes,and the difference of the Se contents reached as high as 2 times.The Se content of freshleaves changed a little through the processing.
