筲绮种母子代染色体核型分析

筲绮种是茶种中唯一表现多种畸变的一个品种。通过对筲绮种母子代染色体核型的分析比较,结果表明:染色体均为以 X=15为基数的二倍体;母子代不同种质或同一种质不同细胞的染色体核型有所差异,但核型的主要特征具有很大的相似性,且对称性均较高,表明它在进化上属较原始的品种。

Analysis of Chromosome Karyotypes of Female Parent and Its Posterity of Xiaoqi,a Chinese Variety

Xiaoqi,a Chinese variety of tea plant,is the only variety which displaysmany distortions.Chromosome karyotypes of the female parent and its pos-terity were analysed.Results showed that all the individuls wrere diploid(2n=2x=30).Karyotype differences existed among the individuls,and evenamong the cells.But the main characteristics of the karyotype,which washighly symmetrical,were quite identical.No absolutely different karyotypeswere found among the individuls.So it was supposed to belong to Camelliasinensis(L.)O.Ktze.
