摘    要:为油菜多功能开发利用、促进种养结合,以饲料油菜华油杂62为材料,添加不同来源碳水化合物进行青 贮比较试验,研究高水分饲料油菜青贮技术。试验分为5组,分别将20%的各碳水化合物原料(麸皮、玉米粉、米糠、 玉米淀粉)与高水分饲料油菜混合青贮,青贮45 d后进行感官评定并测定营养成分、pH、有机酸含量等。结果表明, 添加各碳水化合物原料均可以显著降低油菜的含水量至70%以下。油菜添加上述碳水化合物青贮后,可改善青贮 感官品质,显著提高乳酸含量,降低pH;其中,玉米粉与油菜混合青贮后因感官评分高、乳酸含量最高且氨态氮含量 最低,被认为效果最佳。

Abstract:For multi-functional usage of rapeseed in feedstuff, rapeseed(Brassica napus L.) cv Huayouza 62 was used to study the high-moisture forage rapeseed. Test was divided into 5 groups, in which 20% of each carbohydrate raw material(bran, corn flour, rice bran, corn starch) was mixed with high-moisture feed rapeseed silage. After 45 days of silage, sensory evaluation was carried out, followed by nutrient composition, pH and organic acid content determination. Results showed that the addition of various carbohydrate raw materials significantly reduced water content of rape to less than 70%. After the addition of the above-mentioned carbohydrate silage, silage sensory quality was improved, lactic acid content was significantly increased and pH was decreased. Among them, corn meal group silage had the highest sensory score, the highest lactic acid content, and the lowest ammonia nitrogen content. Therefore, the mixed corn meal and rapeseed silage was the best feedstuff to be recommend.
