摘    要:6种化学药剂处理芸芥柱头的结果表明,化学药剂对克服芸芥自交不亲和性有一定效果.不同的化学药剂其效果差异,赤霉素、尿素、硫酸铵处理效果最好,比对照(蒸馏水处理)差异极显著;而蔗糖、食盐、乙醇与对照(蒸馏水)处理相比差异不显著.不同化学药剂浓度的处理效果亦不同,以100mg/L赤霉素、15%尿素、20%硫酸铵处理效果最好.不同芸芥品种间对药剂处理的反应亦有差异.

Abstract:The effects of six chemicals on the incompatibility of Eruca sativa Mill. showed that treatment of stigma with gibberellic, urea, ammonium sulphate, sodium chloride, alcohol and sucrose was effective in overcoming self-incompatibility in E.sativa Mill, a sporophytic self-incompatibility system. Gibberellic, urea and ammonium sulphate were much better than other chemicals and check (diseilled water), and their compatibility index was 3.30, 2.94, and 2.88 respectively. The concentration of the chemicals worked differently in the study, and the effective concentration was the 100mg/L of the gibberellic, 15%of the unea and 20% of ammonium salphate. The study also found that the incompatibility of E.sativa Mill varied greatly among the cultivars of E.Sativa and the interaction between chemical and cultivar was existed.
