根际渍水对大豆叶绿素含量的影响

摘    要:8个品种分别在V_3、R_1、R_3期渍水14天、20天和30天测定叶绿素含量,结果表明R_1期是大豆渍害的敏感时期,此期渍水使叶绿素含量明显下降,品种不同,下降的幅度差异较大宝交83—5029、合丰25下降的幅度较小。

Abstract:Eight cultivars used in this study were submerged in water at V3,R1, R3 stage for 10, 20, 30 days,respectively,for the determination of chlorophyll content. The result showed that R1 is the most sensitive stage to water-log ged in soybean plants.Water-logged caused significant drop of chlorophyll content, different cultivars had different ranges of the decrease of chlorophr y11 content under water-logged conditions. The chlorophyll content of Bao Jiao 83-5029 and He Feng 25 dropped much less than that of the others under water-logged conditions.
