摘    要:大豆未成熟种子和萌动种子胚轴在含有TDZ和BA的培养基上,通过器官发生,可获得再生株。培养基中同时加入TDZ和BA〈能够增加不定芽的形成和再生株的数量,其中以2.0mg/LBA+0.75mg/LTDA处理再生效率最高。诱导培养基中适当增加NAA浓度有利于不定芽的分化。

Abstract:The embryonic axes of immature seeds and spouting seeds were induced organogenesis on different induction media containing TDZ, BA. The regenerated plants via organogenesis were obtained and the effects of plant growth regulator and genotypes were analyzed. Multiple shoots were induced from embryonic axes of all genotypes cultured on all induction media containing TDZ. TDZ could induce the organogenesis of embryonic axes of immature seeds in soybean. High efficiency of organogenesis appeared when the embryonic axes were induced on the media containing 0.75mg/L TDZ combined with 2.0mg/L BA. The media contained higher concentration of NAA could increase the efficiency of organogenesis in soybeans.
