茉莉酸甲酯对花生幼苗呼吸速率,组织含水量和茎部结构的影响

摘    要:分别用茉莉酸甲酯0mol/L、0.22mol/L和0.44mol/L的浓度处理花生幼苗,其中以0.44mol/L的作用最明显。经过处理的植物组织鲜重变化不明显,组织含水量有所下降,干重稍微增加;叶片呼吸速率比对照减少,经处理的植物茎部的组织较为致密,厚壁组织较为发达。

Abstract:Peanut ( Arachis hypogaea L.) seedings were treated with methyl jasmonate at the concentration of 0, 0.22 and 0.44 mol/L. The main results were that MJ had no significant influence on fresh weight of peanut seedlings , but decreased the water content of organs and slightly increased dry weight , and decreased the respiratory rate of leaves by 25.5%. The most effective concentration was 0.44 mol/L. With MJ treating, the plant stem showed more compact tissue, better developed sclerenchyma. The developed mechanical tissues of stem may be favorable to resistance of the peanut seedlings to lodging.
