油菜内源激素与角果长度发育的关系

摘    要:以甘蓝型油菜特长角H218、H203,短角4101和增11,普通角果中油821、MSP334为材料,采用酶联免疫 测定技术分析了发育1~20d内角果内源激素含量的动态变化。研究了内源IAA、GA3、iPA和ABA含量与角果长 度发育的关系。结果表明: (1)特长角材料IAA含量在角果发育第1~5d低于短角材料,第5、20d角果的IAA含量 分别与最终角果长呈极显著和显著负相关; (2)特长角材料iPA含量在第5~20d低于短角材料,第1d角果的iPA 含量与最终角果长呈显著正相关,第5、10、15d角果的iPA含量分别与最终角果长呈显著负相关; (3)第5d角果的 GA3 含量与最终角果长呈显著正相关; (4)第1d角果的ABA含量与最终角果长呈显著负相关。iPA和IAA可能在 油菜角果长度发育中扮演重要角色。

Abstract:Two specially long-pod lines H218 and H203,two lines with normal pod length MSP334,Zhongyou 821 and two short-pod lines"4101"and Zeng 11,were exploited as experimental materials to study the relationship between endogenous hormone levels and the pod length.The endogenous IAA,iPA,GA_3 and ABA contents in the pods were analyzed with the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that:(1) IAA content in the specially long-pod lines were lower than those in the short pod lines on the first day and the fifth day after blossom.IAA content on the fifth day and the twentieth day was negatively correlated to the final pod length.(2) iPA content in specially long-pod lines was lower than that in short-pod lines on the fifth day and the twentieth day.iPA content on the first day was positively correlated to the final pod length,but iPA content on the fifth day,the tenth day and the fifteenth day was negatively correlated to the final pod length.(3)GA_3 content on the fifth day was positively correlated to the final pod length.(4) ABA content on the first day was negatively correlated to the final pod length.It was indicated that iPA and IAA may play important roles in the development of pod length in the Brassica napus lines.
