中美半矮秆大豆杂交早期世代农艺性状遗传及相关、通径分析

摘    要:以3个中美半矮秆大豆杂交组合为材料,对自交主回交后代早期世代各主要农艺性状进行遗传力估算,世代间的相关分析,F3的相关及通径分析,结果表明,中美半矮秆大豆杂交后代以株系为单位的所有分枝性状世代间关系密切,且与目标性状产量相关值较大,表明了种组合后代分枝性状向正方向选择对产量的增效效果,因此从F2起以株系以上单位的平均表现进行选择是与常规组合不同的选择技术,3组合的单株粒数,主茎荚数,一级分枝荚数与单株生产力之间呈显著的正相关。

Abstract:Three China America semi dwarf soybean crosses were made, and the progesis had been used for study on genetic variation in early generation for those crosses. The experimental results showed that the correlation coefficients of branch character between F 2 individual plant and F 3 line was little and unstable, but it was high between F 2 and F 3 line. This showed that according to mean performances of branch characters in lines, we can do some selecting for these charaters in early generation. The phenotype correlation coefficents between pods on main stem, pods on branch stem, seeds per plant and weight of seeds per plant were very high, which gives some theoretical bases for selecting high yield plant type. The path analysis showed that pods on main stem, pods on branch stem, seeds per plant had positive effect to weight of seeds per plant.
