| 摘 要： | 采用西北果和鲁引1号马铃薯品种为试验材料,研究甘露醇预处理不同时间对马铃薯花药褐化率及愈伤诱导率的影响。结果表明:接种前花药用40 g.L-1的甘露醇溶液预处理,褐化率明显降低。但随着处理时间的增加,褐化率变化不大,愈伤诱导率则先升高后降低。不同的材料达到诱导率最高值和褐化率最低值的预处理天数为2 d。
