摘 要: | 本文报道不同氮素来源对马铃薯微型薯形成的影响。结果表明:NO_3~-—N 浓度与成薯指数呈直线负相关关系;NH_4~+—N 浓度与成薯指数呈二次抛物线形式;NO_3~-—N/NH_4~+—N 比值对微型薯形成的影响呈双曲线形式;当总氮浓度在30~40m 时,成薯指数有较大值;降低 NO_3~-—N/NH_4~+—N 比值或总氮含量有利于微型薯的形成。NO_3~-—N 与 NH_4~+—N 的最佳组合为NO_3—N]=17.325mM,NH_4~+—N]=16.612mM。

THE EFFECT OF NITROGEN ON POTATO MICROTUBER |

Abstract: | The effect or different kinds of nitrogen on the formation of potato microtuberwas studied in this report.The results were obtained as follows:There was anegative linear dependence between the concentration of NO_3~-—N and the indexof producing(IP).The effect of NH_4~+—N on IP followed quadratic curve.Thevalue of NO_3~-—N/NH_4~+—N affected the formation of microtuber fitting for hyper- bola curve.The value of IP was better when the total concentration of nitrogenwas 30~40mM.The tuberization of microtuber can be enhanced by reducingthe total uitrogen or decreasing the value of NO_63~-—N/NH_4~+—N.The best combi-nation wars(NO_3~-—N)=17.325m.M and(NH_4~+—N)=16.612m.M. |
