摘    要:研究不同浓度的壳聚糖处理花生种子 ,对种子发芽势、发芽率、脂肪酶活性、GA3和IAA含量的影响。结果表明 ,用浓度为 7.5mg/mL的壳聚糖溶液处理花生种子 ,其发芽势、发芽率分别比对照提高了 1 4.4%和4.5 % ,脂肪酶活性比对照提高 1 62 % ,GA3、IAA含量分别比对照增加 80 .0 %和 60 .3 %。

Abstract:Peanut seeds were immersed in different concentrations of chitosan(CS) solution, and germinating energy, germination percentage, lipase activity and endogenous hormones GA 3 and IAA contents in germinating peanut seeds were tested respectively. Results revealed that treating peanut seeds with 7.5mg/mL chitosan increased germinating energy, germination percentage, lipase activity, GA 3 and IAA levels in germinating peanut seeds by 14.4%, 4.5%, 80.0% and 60.3% respectively.
