摘    要:施用XF菌剂调节花生田重金属镉迁移,探讨不同浓度和不同施用方法对镉迁移的效果及其机理。三年试验结果表明XF菌不仅可以降低土壤和花生籽仁中的重金属镉含量,还可以增加花生荚果产量。菌液和菌粉都有效果,其中200倍的XF菌液浇花生种沟效果最好。施用方法上沟施好于穴施。

Abstract:XF bacterium was applied to adjust transfer of heavy metal cadmium in peanut field.We discussed the transfer effect and mechanism of different application methods and consistency of XF bacterium.The results of three years test indicted that XF bacterium not only can reduce content of heavy metal cadmium in soil and peanut kernel,but also can increase peanut yield.Powder and liquid XF bacterium both had absorbing effect.The best result of application was 200 times concentration liquid of XF bacterium watered in peanut seed channel.
