摘    要:研究了沼气化废水(BSW)、酒糟水(RSW)及污水塘泥(LS)与一定量的NPK+厩肥(FYM)对花生营养品质及土壤和植物酶活性影响。结果表明.废水污泥能增加种子产量,蛋氨酸和半胱胺酸含量比对照分别增加44%和24%,BSW处理种子产量最高,为6190kg/hm^2,其次是RSW和LS,分别为5570kg/hm^2和4720kg/hm^2,LS处理花生叶片中叶绿素含量最高为2.94mg/g FW。BSW和RSW能显著增加植物过氧化酶活性,使用废水污泥对硝化还原酶活性无影响。但其明显增加根际土壤硝酸盐的含量。三种废水污泥比化肥NPK+厩肥(FYM)明显增加脱氢酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性。

Abstract:Thsh study was conducted about biomethanated spent wash (BSW) ,raw spent wash (RSW), and lagoon sludge (LS) versus recommended NPK FYM (farmyard manure) on nutritional quality of groundnut and enzyme activities of plant and soil. The wastewater sludge increased the seed yield and the contents of methionine by 44% (1.15/16g N vs 0.80/16g N in control) and of cysteine by 24% (1.36/16g N vs 1.10g/16g N in control). BSW produced the highest seed yield (6190 kg/hm~2) followed by RSW (5570 kg/hm~2) and LS (4720 kg/hm~2). LS recorded the highest total Chlorophyll content (2.94mg/g FW) in groundnut leaves. Application of BSW and RSW significantly increased the activity of plant peroxidase. The application of wastewater sludge did not affect the nitrate reductase activity, but BSW significantly increased the nitrate content in the rhizosphere soil. The three wastewater sludge significantly increased the dehydrogenase and alkaline phosphatase activity more than recommended NPK FYM.
