摘    要:采用室内培养试验,选用不同浓度壳聚糖和不同种类的微量元素(铁、锌、铜、锰),对花生种子进行包衣处理,明确不同浓度壳聚糖和微量元素种类对花生种子发芽势、发芽率、幼苗生物量、根与子叶残留物质量的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖浓度对花生种子的发芽势和发芽率有影响,其浓度过高过低均降低种子发芽率和发芽势。微量元素对花生种子的发芽率、发芽势和幼苗生物量积累均为促进作用,且效果明显。

Abstract:Different concentrations of chitin and various kinds of trace elements (Fe, Zn, Cu and Mn) were treated as seeds coat to examine their effects on seed germination potentiality and rate, seedling biomass, and residues of root and cotyledon, of different peanut varieties through the indoor cultivation experiment. The results showed that either the extremely high or low concentration of chi- tin could decrease the seed germination potentiality and rate of peanut seed, while the trace elements had significant promotive effect on seed germination potentiality and rate and seedling biomass accumulation of peanut.
