| 摘 要： | 花生是重要的经济作物．近年我国花生及制品安全形势日益严峻，表现在黄曲霉毒素污染呈加重趋势。缺乏适于出口且具国际竞争力的高产、优质花生品种．农残和重金属超标等方面．影响了我国花生生产发展与国际市场地位。本文总结了目前我国花生及制品所面临的问题．提出应对策略．促进花生安全生产，提高国际竞争力。

| Abstract: | Peanut is an important economic crop in China. However, peanut and it's products have been at serious safety status in recent years. Some problems such as annually increase of aflatoxin contamination, lack of high O/L ratio varieties used in export, and increase remnants of pesticide and pollution of heavy metal and so on, affected the development of peanut production significantly. To change peanut safety status and improve the competition of Chinese peanut in the world, this paper put forward some resolution to overcome the above problems, which will be helpful to face the coming challenge about peanut. |
