| Abstract: | From the perspective of long history of mashed tea in north Fujian,the production,characteristics,cultural connotation and health-keeping functional culture of mashed tea were analyzed in this paper.The problems of inheritance of the mashed tea culture and proposes relevant solutions were also proposed for reference. |
