杂交水稻自然老化种子与人工老化种子性能差异研究

摘    要:以杂交水稻自然老化种子和具相应发芽能力的人工老化种子为材料作比较研究,结果表明,人工老化种子的细胞膜系统受到的损害大于自然老化种子,耐藏性不如自然老化种子,但其发芽和生理生化特性及播于田间后的生长性能均好于自然老化种子。随着老化时间的延长,自然老化种子的植株变矮,生育期缩短,而人工老化种子的株高及生育期均无变化,显示二者老化机制有异

Abstract:Comparative studies were conducted between naturally aged hybrid rice seeds and artificially aged seeds with the comparable germination percentages. The results showed that the artificially aged seeds had a more severe damage to the cell membrane system and a poorer storability but better germinative, physiological and biochemical properties and better field performance than the naturally aged seeds. With seeds ageing, for the naturally aged seeds their plant height decreased and growth duration shortened while for the artificially aged seeds not much change was observed, indicating that there could exist different ageing mechanisms between the different ageing methods.
