应用隶属函数法鉴定水稻的抗旱性

摘    要:采用隶属函数法对25个水稻材料进行了抗旱性综合评价,结果表明:在干旱处理的情况下,短生育期材料生育期缩短,长生育期材料则延长;有效穗、千粒重、株高、每穗实粒数及单株粒重则普遍下降,但抗旱性强的材料降幅较小.依据隶属函数值,筛选出了8份强抗旱材料,可作为水稻抗旱育种的抗旱资源.

Abstract:The drought resistance of 25 rice varieties (lines) were evaluated by subordinate function. The results showed that under the drought stress conditions, the growth period was shortened for the varieties (lines) with a short period but elongeted for those with a long period; the effective panicles per plant,1 000-grain weight, plant height, grains per panicle and yield per plant were all decreased, but the materials with high resistance to drought had a lower decreasing extent. Based on the values of subordinate function of the tested materials, 8 varieties (lines) with high resistance to drought were selected and they could be used as drought resistant resources in breeding of drought resistance in rice.
