杂交晚稻新组合及其恢复系耐冷性生理生化指标分析

摘    要:以威优64及其恢复系测64-7为对照,对6个杂交晚稻新组合及其恢复系乳熟期受低温冷害后叶绿素含量等7项耐冷性生理生化指标进行了测定分析。结果表明,6个新组合及其恢复系耐冷性较对照均有不同程度的增强,且杂种的耐冷性与恢复系呈显著的正相关。同时,结合田间耐冷性的观察和生理生化指标的分析,确定了叶绿素含量等几个可作为水稻后期耐冷性鉴定的指标。

Abstract:By use of Weiyou 64 and its restorer Ce 64-7 as the controls, 6 newly-bred late hybrids (NLHs) and their restorers (Rs) in rice were tested and analyzed on 7 physiological biochemical characters in relation to cold tolerance after cold damage in the milky ripe stage. The results showed that the chlorophyl content (CC),soluble protein content (SPC) of the flag leaf,the bleeding sap (BS) and the aging index (AI) were higher,while the electric conductivity (EC) of the flag leaf lower,in all 6 NLHs and their Rs than in their controls,but the expression of the soluble sugar content (SSC) and the proline content (PC) in the flag leaf were irregular,which indicated that all 6 NLHs and Rs possessed better cold tolerance than the controls,and CC,SPC,BS,AI and EC could be used as the indicators of cold tolerance in late growth stage of rice. Futhermore,the correlation between hybrids and their restorers in cold tolerance was also analyzed and found to be significantly positive.
