两用核不育系培矮64S制种时“九二0”的喷施技术初探

根据多项试验 ,着重从株高、节间比值、包颈长、柱头外露率、结实率、未包穗率 ,齐穗天数等方面分析 ,表明培矮 64S在制种中喷施“九二 0”以抽穗 10 %时为最佳时期 ,每公顷共喷施 4 5 0g ,分两次喷 ,先重后轻为好 ,其穗层结构最有利于异交结实

GA_3 Spraying Technique of TGMS Line Pei'ai 64S in Its Hybrid Seed Production

The experiment of different treatments on GA 3 spraying time, dosage and method in the hybrid seed production of Pei'ai 64S was conducted. On the basis of the performance in the characters of plant height, panicle enclosure length, stigma exsertion rate, outcrossing rate, unenclosed panicle rate and days from initial to full heading stage, it showed that the suitable stage for spraying GA 3 in the hybrid seed production of Pei'ai 64S was at 10% of panicles headed, the optimal dosage was 450 g/hm 2 with two split sprayings, the first spraying of 300 g/hm 2 at heading of 10% panicles and the second one of 150 g/hm 2 on the following day.
