水稻雄性不育再生复育特性研究

就水稻雄性不育再生稻复育特性在两系杂交稻研究中的重要价值进行了评述；介绍了再生复育不育系的研究概况和选育策略以及应用方法。

Studies on the Restoration of Male Sterility by Ratooning in Rice

The discovery of the characteristic of the restoration of male sterility by ratooning in rice wasflrstly reported on the 4th National Crops Breeding Conference held in Beijing in 1982.With its advantagesof stable and nonfluctuated sterility free from the changes of photoperiod and temperature and easy multipli-cation on which ratooning is only needed and the selfed seed fertility restored by ratooning can be averagelymore than 30%,the ratooning fertility testoration rice(RFRR) is a very important germplasmic resource inthe research of two-line hybrid rice.The methods of breeding ratooning fertility restoration (RFR) lineswere suggested in the paper, Furthermore,the inheritance of RFR was thought to be controlled by majorgenes and modifying factors according to the fertility performance of the RFR rice Shuguang 601S.
