籼型光温敏核不育水稻雄性不育性遗传研究

摘    要:以安农S-1等灿型光温敏核不育系和二九青等不同生态型常规灿稻品种为材料,在长日高温条件下考察分离群体单株的套袋自交结实率,应用极大似然法系统研究了灿型光温敏核雄性不育性的遗传规律,结果表明:a)安农S-1,测64S,衡农S-1和W6154S等不育系的不育性遗传受1对隐性主基因控制,而W7415S的不育性受至少2对隐性主基因控制;b)光温敏不育主基因的表达受微效多的修饰,不同不育系的微基因效应有明显差异;C)不同生态由稻品种中均具有主 恢复基因,同时也存在相应的影响不育性表达效果的遗传背景(其实质就是微效多基因群),而且品种间有较大差异,对光温敏不育率不育起点温度“漂移”机制以及在育种实践中如何选育不育起点温度、缓漂移”的实用光温敏新不育系等问题进行了讨论。

Abstract:The inheritance of photo and thermo sensitive genic male sterility (PTGMS) in rice was studied on the basis of the bagged seed setting rate of segregating populations from the crosses of five indica PTGMS lines and three conventional indica varieties of different ecotypes under long daylength conditions by the Maximum Likelihood method. The results showed that: a) The sterility of Annong S 1, Ce-64S, Hengnong S 1 and W6154S was controlled by one pair of recessive major genes, while that of W7415S was controlled by more than one pair of recessive major genes; b) The expression of sterile major genes was modified by minor genes and the effect of minor genes was varied with PTGMS lines; c)The conventional indica varieties of different ecotypes possessed both the corresponding dominant major gene(s) and the genetic background affecting the expression of male sterility. The genetic background, in fact, was a group of minor genes and there existed a great difference among varieties. Furthermore, the mechanism of drift in critical sterility inducing temperature (CSIT) of PTGMS lines and the breeding strategy of viable PTGMS lines with a slight drift in CSIT were discussed in the paper.
