杂交水稻种子去氧储藏的研究

摘    要:研究了去氧储藏对杂交水稻种子发芽势、发芽率、电导率、脱氢酶活性、呼吸强度及含水量的影响,结果表明,在常温去氧条件下储藏杂交水稻种子会导致种子发芽势、脱氢酶活性和呼吸强度显著降低,电导率明显升高;但对种子含水量的变化影响不大,说明种子在缺氧条件下储藏是不利的。

Abstract:The effects of deoxidating storage on germinating energy, germination percentage, conductivity, dehydrogenase activity and respiration intensity of hybrid rice seeds were studied. The results showed that there was a remarkable decrease in germinating energy, germination percentage, dehydrogenase activity and respiration intensity, but an increase in conductivity under the deoxidating storage conditions, which indicates that deoxidation is unfavourable for seed storage.
