亚种间杂交稻结实率稳定性的研究

摘    要:以2个籼稻品种间杂交组合和4个亚种间杂交组合为供试材料,通过分期播种和人工气候室不同温度处理,研究了各杂交组合及其亲本的结实率稳定性。结果表明,亚种间杂交组合比品种间杂交组合和亲本在育性敏感期更易受温度的影响而造成结实率不稳定;父本与杂交组合的育性稳定性没有必然的联系;花粉败育是亚种间杂交组合遇低温结实率下降的主要原因。

Abstract:The stability of seed setting percentage in intersubspecific hybrid rice (Oryza sativa L.) was studied by split seeding in fields and different temperature treatments in phytotron using 4 intersubspecific hybrids and 2 intervarietal hybrids as the materials. The results showed that the seed setting percentage of intersubspecific hybrid rice was more sensitive to the variation of temperature during the fertility sensitive stage than that of intervarietal hybrid rice, and there was not a close relation of fertility stability of F 1 to that of its male parent. In addition, it was indicated that the abortion of pollens was the principal reason for the decrease of seed setting percentage in intersubspecific hybrid rice under lower temperature conditions.
