Abstract:Sugarcane mosaic virus is caused by a viral infection worldwide.Current transgenic technology in sugarcane mosaic virus has been successfully used,but the ecological safety of transgenic arouses concern.Progress of gene transfer safety for sugarcane resistance to mosaic virus in food safety,and in soil ecosystem,gene flow,the virus heterologous packaging and recombination,transgenic weeds is reviewed.
