| 摘 要： | 对广西宜州蔗区甘蔗宿根矮化病(RSD)的发生和分布进行了调查和田间采样,采用PCR和I-ELISA法,对田间采集的52个样本进行RSD检测。结果表明:37个样本为阳性,阳性检出率71.15%,15个样本为阴性,确认宜州蔗区存在RSD;通过系统分析,明确了不同品种、不同植期、不同蔗区RSD发生状况,为宜州蔗区推广应用温水脱毒健康种苗、有效防控甘蔗宿根矮化病提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | The occurrence and distribution of Ratoon stunting disease(RSD) of sugarcane were investigated and 52 sugarcane samples were collected from fields in Yizhou of Guangxi..The tested results from PCR and I-ELISA showed that 37 sugarcane samples(71.15%) were RSD positive and 15 samples RSD negative,confirming the presence of RSD of sugarcane in Yizhou.By systematic analysis,the occurrence conditions of RSD of sugarcane were different between the varieties,cultivars,planting seasons and regions.This would provide important information for effectively controlling sugarcane.RSD spreading and exploitation of disease-free seedlings in Yizhou. |
