| 摘 要： | 通过两年的甜菜产业化基地建设,超额完成“十五”国家第二批“双高”糖料生产基地建设任务,取得显著的经济效益和社会效益。累计种植甜菜4666hm2,完成任务233.3%,平均单产48.975t/hm2,增产18.075t/hm2,其中“双高”种植面积1586hm2,完成任务238%,单产53.31t/hm2,完成任务122.55%;两年平均含糖率16.48%,提高1.17度。两年农民纯增收2718多万元,投入产出比达1∶3.49;企业增加产值6000余万元;改善了生态环境,促进了畜牧业发展,加速了种植结构调整进程,粮、经、饲比例由7∶2∶1调整到2∶2∶1。
