硅溶胶浸注-热处理改性橡胶木物理性能初探

摘    要:采用硅溶胶作为浸注改性液,分析橡胶木经过浸注及浸注-热处理改性后物理性能的变化。结果表明:浸注改性使橡胶木增重率提高约20%,气干密度提高15%,平衡含水率降低6%,径向及弦向气干湿胀率均降低20%左右;而橡胶木浸注-热处理材与热处理材相比,质量损失率降低15%,气干密度提升约15%,平衡含水率降低8%,径向及弦向气干湿胀率则分别降低约5%和20%。

Abstract:Rubber wood were impregnated with silica sol, then modified by heat treatment. The physical properties of the two kinds of modified rubber wood were analyzed. The results showed that the impregnated specimens increased weight gain by about 20%, increased air-dry density by 15%, decreased Equilibrium moisture content by 6%, both the radial and tangential air-dry swelling properties were decreased by about 20%. While, compared with the heat-treated specimens, the impregnate-heat treated specimens decreased mass loss by 15%, increased air-dry density by 15%, decreased Equilibrium moisture content by 8%, decreased the radial and tangential air-dry swelling properties by about 5% and 20%.
